Below are the Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs”, last updated: July 25, 2018) of bnbmates.com that need to be accepted by everyone when using our website and our Services. Any new features and/or services to our current service shall also be subject to these T&Cs.
These T&Cs, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our Services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any kind of platform and/or by completing a Reservation, you (as a user of the website) acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed these T&Cs set out below.
These pages, the content, and infrastructure of these pages and bnbmates.com (including the facilitation of payment service) provided by Threenovation Kft. The bnbmates.com website is owned, operated, and provided by Threenovation Kft. and it’s provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the T&Cs set out below.
"bnbmates.com," "bnbmates," "us," "we," or "our" means the (intermediary) website operated by Threenovation Kft., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Hungary, and having its registered address at 1021 Budapest, Budakeszi út 57. B. lház. 7. em. 30., Hungary (company registration number: 01-09-292951).
"Platform" means the website and app on which our Services are made available owned, controlled, managed, and maintained by bnbmates and Threenovation Kft.
"Trip" means the various different travel products and services that can be ordered, acquired, purchased, bought, paid, rented, reserved, or combined by you (as "Customer”) from the Provider. Constituted as a part of the Trip with the same terms of these T&Cs, relevant Providers may provide some products (local food, handmade products, etc.) as well.
"Provider" means the professional provider of the Trips especially transportation provider (e.g. car, motorbike, scooter or bicycle rentals or drivers, cruises, rail, airport rides, bus tours, transfers), tour operators, travel insurances, tour guides, farm owners and workers and any other travel or related product or service as from time to time available for Trip Reservation on the Platform (whether B2B or B2C).
"Customer” means any user of the Platform (even Providers) who take or planning to take an action through bnbmates.com especially to order, acquire, purchase, buy, pay, rent, reserve or combine a Trip. Visitors of bnbmates.com website constituted as Customers.
"Agent”, "Agency” or "Partner” means a third party who helps to make a connection between the Customer and the Provider by any kind of online or offline activity (especially tour operators, transfer services and accomodation providers) free of charge or for a commission from the amount the Customer pays for a Trip or a product.
"Member” means a registered member of the bnbmates Platform whether to be a Customer or a Provider.
"Trip Service," "Service,” "Our Servise” means the online purchase, order, (facilitated) payment, or reservation service as offered or enabled on bnbmates.com in respect to various products and services (Trips) as from time to time made available by Providers on the Platform.
"Reservation" or "Booking” means the order, purchase, payment, booking, or reservation of a Trip or a product. By this online action made through bnbmates.com as a Customer you get into a contractual relationship with the Provider and vice versa.
2. About Our Service
2.1. Threenovation Kft. makes available the online Platform at www.bnbmates.com for the Customers and Providers to meet online. Demand (Customers) meets supply (local Providers) and Trips can be booked and the price of a Trip can be payed online through bnbmates.com. Through the Platform Providers - in their professional conduct of business (i.e. B2C or B2B) - can advertise, market, sell, promote, and/or offer (as applicable) their products and services for order, purchase, reservation, hire, and through which relevant visitors (as Customers) of the Platform can discover, search, compare, and make an order, reservation, purchase, or payment (i.e. the Trip Service).
2.2. The accommodation providers redirects their guests to find, book and enjoy activities through bnbmates.com and in return they are rewarded with commission after the Booking made by their guests. After Booking, the accommodation provider (partner) shares the fee paid by the Customers with the local Providers.
2.3. By making a Reservation through our Platform - including the iOS and Android bnbmates application – the Customer enters into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Provider with whom the Customer makes a reservation or purchase a product or a Trip (as applicable). From the point at which the Customer makes a Reservation, bnbmates acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the Provider transmitting the relevant details of your Reservation to the relevant Provider(s) and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Provider.
2.4. Bnbmates or Threenovation Kft. is not a party to any agreement between the Customer and the Provider (B2C) or Provider to Provider (B2B) and is not liable for any (attributable) failure to perform or other damages arising out of this relationship. Bnbmates or Threenovation Kft. does not (re)sell, rent out, offer any (travel) product or service.
2.5. Providers can improve their ranking by becoming a verified Provider. A Provider can be verified by the presentation of an official permission for the Trips offered on bnbmates.com.
2.6. Only Providers which have a commercial relationship with us (through a simple agreement) will be made available on the Platform (for their B2B and/or B2C promotion of their product). Bnbmates.com is not an open platform (like Amazon or eBay) where end users can make their product available (no C2C platform).
3. Threenovation Kft., as the Site Operator of Bnbmates.com is a Private Company Registered in Hungary
3.1. Threenovation Kft., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Hungary, and having its registered address at 1021 Budapest, Budakeszi út 57. B. lház. 7. em. 30., Hungary (company registration number: 01-09-292951). Threenovation Kft. is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Budapest.
4. Applicability of T&Cs
4.1. When you as a Customer, Provider or Agent visit bnbmates.com and/or use our Services you have to agree with these T&Cs. You must read these T&Cs before using our website and/or Services. Using of our website and/or Services, regardless of whether you are a Customer, a Provider or an Agent, constitutes an agreement to all terms and conditions in these T&Cs and you warrant that you understand, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained here. The T&Cs may be amended from time to time and it’s your responsibility to read these T&Cs before make any kind of action through bnbmates.com.
4.2. Note that Providers may have, declare applicable, and/or require (acceptance of) – in addition to the policies and fine print as disclosed on the website, their own (delivery/shipping/carriage/usage) terms and conditions and house rules for the use, access, and consummation of the Trip (which may include certain disclaimers and limitations of liability).
4.3. As a Provider or Agency you agree that - by using bnbmates.com - in any case of collision between your terms and conditions, house rules or any kind of your contractual terms and this T&Cs the rules of this T&Cs shall govern.
5. Eligibility, Using the Platform, Member Verification
5.1. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to access and use the our Platform or register an account ("Account"). By accessing or using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.
5.2. You will comply with any applicable export control laws in your local jurisdiction. You also represent and warrant that (i) neither you nor your provided Trips are located or take place in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
5.3. We may make access to and use of the Platform, or certain areas or features of the Platform, subject to certain conditions or requirements, such as completing a verification process, meeting specific quality or eligibility criteria, meeting Ratings or Reviews thresholds, or a Member’s booking and cancellation history.
5.4. User verification on the Internet is difficult and we do not assume any responsibility for the confirmation of any Member’s identity. Notwithstanding the above, for transparency and fraud prevention purposes, and as permitted by applicable laws, we may, but have no obligation to (i) ask Members to provide a form of government identification or other information or undertake additional checks designed to help verify the identities or backgrounds of Members, (ii) screen Members against third party databases or other sources and request reports from service providers, and (iii) where we have sufficient information to identify a Member, obtain reports from public records of criminal convictions or sex offender registrations or an equivalent version of background or registered sex offender checks in your local jurisdiction (if available).
5.5. The access to or use of certain areas and features of the Platform may be subject to separate policies, standards or guidelines, or may require that you accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these T&Cs and terms and conditions applicable to a specific area or feature of the Platform, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to your access to or use of that area or feature, unless specified otherwise.
5.6. Some areas of the Platform may implement Google Maps/Earth mapping services, including Google Maps API(s). Your use of Google Maps/Earth is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
6. Account Registration
6.1. As a Customer or a Provider to use our Services you must register a bnbmates Account to access and use certain features of the Platform, such as publishing or Booking a listing of a Trip. If you are registering an Account for a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and grant us all permissions and licenses provided in these T&Cs.
6.2. You can register an Account using an email address and creating a password, or through your account with certain third-party social networking services, such as Facebook or Google ("SNS Account").
6.3. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep your Account and public Account profile page information safe and up-to-date at all times.
6.4. You may not register more than one (1) Account unless bnbmates authorizes you to do so. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to another party.
6.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must immediately notify us if you know or have any reason to suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Account. You are liable for any and all activities conducted through your Account, unless such activities are not authorized by you and you are not otherwise negligent (such as failing to report the unauthorized use or loss of your credentials).
6.6. Bnbmates may enable features that allow you to authorize other Members or certain third parties to take certain actions that affect your Account. For example, we may allow eligible Members or certain third parties to book Trips on behalf of other Members, or we may allow Providers to add other Members as co-providers or Agents to help manage their Trip listings. These features do not require that you share your credentials with any other person. No third party is authorized by us to ask for your credentials, and you shall not request the credentials of another Member.
7.1. We respect your privacy being a Customer, a Provider or an Agent and we are committed to protect the information you share with us. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you visit our website or use our Services.

8.1. When a Reservation is made on our website, we deliver the Reservation to the respective Provider and check availability. A Reservation is only valid when confirmed by us by e-mail.
9. Communication and the Quality of Information
9.1. All the information about the Trips and products can be found on bnbmates.com uploaded by the specific Provider. Despite we are continuously monitoring the activities and uploaded offers can be found on bnbmates.com we don’t take any responsibility for the data and informations can be found on bnbmates.com.
9.2. Only the information contained in the letters sent via the e-mail system of bnbmates.com and the information can be found on bnbmates.com is considered official. The content of the information provided oral or any other communication system cannot be invoked by either party in a dispute. The burden of proof rests on the party produce something.
9.3. In the case of misleading representation or misconduct on bnbmates.com or in the framework of the events held by the Providers through our website and/or Services, we may decide, in our sole discretion, to credit the Customer with a refund for the reservation amount paid or a part thereof. No action of us may be construed as accepting any liability other than as mentioned herein.
9.4. When rendering our Service, all the information we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the Provider. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our Service and verify (most of) the Providers we cannot guarantee that all the information is accurate, complete and/or correct nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade, or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading, or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates/fees/prices, policies and conditions, and availability) displayed on our platform. As such, the Providers that market and promote their Trip on the Platform are given access to our systems through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates/fees/prices, availability, policies and conditions, and other relevant information which is displayed on our Platform.
9.5. Our Platform does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification, or rating of any Provider (or its facilities, venue, vehicles, (main or ancillary) products or services) made available.
9.6. Therefore, use your own best judgment when using any of the services provided by the Providers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we, including without limitation any content, data and any information related hereto, is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or non-infringement or implied warranties of use, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use.
9.7. Our Trip Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell, deep link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products, or services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
9.8. By completing a Reservation, you agree to receive an e-mail which we or the Provider directly may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including third-party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your Trip (Reservation) and destination, an e-mail after arrival to rate the experience with your Provider and the Trip, and an e-mail which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our Customer review form. 9.9. Bnbmates.com and Threenovation Kft. disclaims any liability or responsibility for any communication by or with the Provider on or through its platform. You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or communication with the Provider or (any form of) acknowledgement of receipt of any communication or request. We cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be (duly and timely) received/read by, complied with, executed, or accepted by the Trip Provider.
9.10. In order to duly complete and secure your Trip Reservation, you need to use your correct e-mail address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled e-mail address, or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.
10. Prices and Payment Terms
10.1. Bnbmates.com facilitates (through third party payment processors) the payment of the relevant Trip for and on behalf of the Provider (bnbmates.com nor Threenovation Kft. never acts nor operates as the merchant of record).
Payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card, bank account or PayPal account to our bank account through a third party payment processor. Any payment facilitated by us for and on behalf of, and transferred to the Provider will in each case constitute a payment of (part of) the booking price by you of the relevant Trip in final settlement of such (partial) due and payable price and you cannot reclaim such paid monies.
10.2. To make a Booking, the Customer will have to pre-authorize the fee of the Trip through our integrated Paypal system or payment gateway (as third party payment processors). Through payment gateway - if it’s provided by us for payment - the Customer is able to use credit or debit card ("credit card”) to pay online directly with. The Customer pays the full amount of the fee in advance right upon the booking request and the Customer’s credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon making the Trip Reservation. The (reservation) details of the Trip of choice needs to be checked thoroughly by the Customer for any such conditions prior to making a Reservation.
10.3. The Customer will not hold bnbmates.com or Threenovation Kft. liable or responsible for any (authorized, (allegedly) unauthorized or wrong) charge by the Provider and not (re)claim any amount for any valid or authorized charge by the Provider (including for pre-paid rates, no-show, and chargeable cancellation) of your credit card.
10.4. The amount have to be paid for the Trip stated on the website which is paid to the Provider, within 24 hours after the second day of the reserved Trip has taken place in a satisfactory manner, while deducting the partner’s and our fee. In the case of alerts about any kind of serious problems with a Provider’s service we have the right to investigate the case in a purpose of mediation in 5 working days and hold back the amount for this time from the concerned Provider. The Customer has 24 hours after finishing the Trip to give a signal to us about any kind of problems.
10.5. As a Customer there are no additional payments for you after a Reservation; when the reservation is confirmed by us, all the payments are done. In some cases however additional fees might apply (entrance fee, etc.) that is should be detailed on the listing page of bnbmates.com. The Provider selected through the booking process will receive a commission deducted from the amount paid for the Trip.
In case of the official partners (members of ASITA and Putri organisations and licenced providers) the amount paid for the Trip is transferred to Provider within 24 hours after the booking is made by the Costumer. In case of alerts about any kind of serious problems with a Provider’s service we have the right to investigate the case in a purpose of mediation in 5 working days, Provider might be obligated to give refund for the Customer in case any serious problem have been shed light on during the investigation.
10.6. The prices as offered by the Providers on our Platform are highly competitive. All prices for your Trip are displayed including VAT/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes) and fees, unless stated differently on our Platform or the confirmation email/ticket. Applicable fees and taxes (including tourist/city tax) may be charged by the Provider in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
10.7. Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our Platform for a specific Trip or product, however, these rates made available by Providers may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example non-cancelable and non-refundable. Check the relevant Trip or product and reservation conditions and details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your Reservation.
10.8. The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary. Bnbmates is not liable for any kind of misleading information or expenses from the use of the currency converter.
10.9. Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding.
10.10.All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labeled as such, you cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes.
11. Applicable Taxes
11.1. We provide Services to our Providers and therefore we treat the Provider as our legal customer. We will invoice the Provider for the commission set in advance. On this invoice we will state our details, any applicable taxes and details of the Trip provided by the Provider to the Customer. As a Provider you are responsible for providing the Customer with any documentation and/or invoice needed in compliance with the applicable tax law(s). It’s a Provider’s sole responsibility to determine which taxes are applicable and required to comply with the applicable local tax law and pay any corresponding taxes. These taxes can include, but are not limited to, taxes such as value added taxes, surcharges, sales taxes, personal or corporate income taxes imposed or any other taxes which are levied upon reservations made through our website or the payment thereof. Providers represent and warrant that they will pay such taxes in time and in compliance with the applicable tax law.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
12.1. By making a Reservation with a Provider, you as a Customer accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the Provider that may apply to your Trip (including the fine print of the Provider made available on our Platform and the relevant house rules of the Provider), including for services rendered and/or products offered by the Provider. The relevant (delivery/purchase/use/carrier) terms and conditions of a Provider can be obtained with the relevant Provider.
12.2. Providers and Customers are responsible for any modifications to a Booking that they make via the Platform, and agree to pay any additional listing fees, provider fees or customer fees and/or taxes associated with such booking modifications.
12.3. Bnbmates has a flexible cancellation policy. Customers can cancel a confirmed Booking at any time and bnbmates will refund the amount of the fees due to the Customer in accordance with such Cancellation Policy. Unless extenuating circumstances exist, any portion of the total fees due to the Provider under the applicable cancellation policy will be remitted to the Provider by bnbmates pursuant to the Payments Terms (10. Prices and Payment Terms).
12.4. If a Provider cancels a confirmed Booking, the Customer will receive a full refund for such booking within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation. Bnbmates may publish an automated review on the listing cancelled by the Provider indicating that a booking was cancelled.
12.5. A confirmed Booking is considered to be officially waived in writing only, before the beginning of the Trip.
12.6. For the Trips, if inclement weather creates an unsafe or uncomfortable scenario for Customers, Providers may modify or cancel the Trip. If there is a substantial change in the itinerary or the Trip needs to be cancelled, bnbmates will work with the Providers and/or Customers to provide the Customers an alternative date for the Trip, an appropriate refund or a rebooking.
12.7. In certain circumstances, bnbmates may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to cancel a confirmed booking and make appropriate refund and payout decisions. This may be for reasons where we believe in good faith, while taking the legitimate interests of both parties into account, this is necessary to avoid significant harm to bnbmates, other Members, third parties or property, or for any of the reasons set out in these T&Cs.
12.8. If a Customer suffers a travel issue pursuant to this Refund Policy, bnbmates may determine, in its sole discretion, to refund the Customer part or all of the total fees in accordance with the this Refund Policy.
12.9. If, as a Provider, your Customer cancels a confirmed booking or bnbmates.com decides that it is necessary to cancel a confirmed booking, and bnbmates issues a refund to the Customer in accordance with this Cancellation and Refund Policy, you agree that in the event you have already been paid, bnbmates payments will be entitled to recover the amount of any such refund from you, including by subtracting such refund amount out from any future payouts due to you.
12.10. If a complaint is made by a Member, the complainant must notify us within 24 hours of the cause of the complaint. If necessary, we assume a mediating role and say the final word on any controversial issue.
12.11. For a full refund of the price of a Trip, the Reservation must be canceled at least 5 full days prior to the date of the Trip.
12.12. For 50% refund of the price of a Trip, the Reservation must be canceled at least 1 full day (24 hours) prior to the date of the Trip.
12.13. Less than 1 day (24 hours) before the day of the Trip the Provider will be fully paid and you won’t receive a refund.
12.14. If the Booking cancelled by the Provider or by us, full refund goes back to the Customer.
12.15. In order to cancel your Reservation please visit our cancellation page to submit your inquiry.
12.16. If you have a late or delayed arrival on the Trip date, make sure to (timely/promptly) communicate this with the Provider so they know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your Trip (Reservation) or charge of the no-show fee. Our customer service department can help you if needed with informing the Provider. Bnbmates.com does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged fee by the Provider.
12.16. Note that certain rates, fees, or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or change. Applicable city/tourist tax may still be charged by the Provider in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation. Check the (Reservation) details of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Note that a Trip Reservation which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be canceled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant due or payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the Provider and the reservation. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary per segment, product, or service of each Trip. Carefully read each Provider’s page on our Platform and important information in your reservation confirmation for additional policies as may be applied by the Provider (e.g. in respect of age requirement, security deposit, non-cancellation/additional supplements for group bookings). Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account, and you will not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Provider agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
12.17. All Bookings must be confirmed within 72 hours by the relevant Provider. If the Provider rejects or doesn’t confirm the Booking within this time range, the booking request expires and no payment will be made to the Provider and the Customer receives a total refound. This also counts when the Customer withdraws the booking request before the Provider confirms it.
13. Ratings and Reviews
13.1. Within a certain timeframe after completing a Trip, Customers and Providers can leave a public review (“Review”) and submit a rating (“Rating”) about each other. Review is given in a scale from 1-5 marked by stars. Note that the ranking is created through a complex ever-changing and evolving system (algorithm) that considers a multitude of criteria in order to match searchers and Trips in an optimal way.
13.2. Ratings or Reviews reflect the opinions of individual Members and do not reflect the opinion of bnbmates. Ratings and Reviews are not verified by bnbmates for accuracy and may be incorrect or misleading.
13.3. Ratings and Reviews by Customers and Providers must be accurate and may not contain any offensive or defamatory language. Ratings and Reviews must comply with these T&Cs. Bnbmates.com will not accept reviews which include:
Profanity, sexually explicit, hate speech, discriminatory, threats, violence;
Mention of full names, personal attack towards the staff;
Promoting illegal activities (e.g. drugs, prostitution);
Sites, e-mails, and addresses, phone numbers, cc details;
Politically sensitive or racist comments
13.4. All the registered Members are prohibited from manipulating the Ratings and Reviews system in any manner, such as instructing a third party to write a positive or negative Review about another Member.
13.5. Ratings and Reviews are part of a Customer’s or a Provider’s public profile and may also be surfaced elsewhere on the Platform (such as the Listing page) together with other relevant information such as number of bookings, number of cancellations, average response time and other information.
14.1. We do not warrant that our website and/or our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may correct, modify, amend, enhance, improve and make any other changes to our website and our Services at any time or discontinue displaying or providing any content or features without a notice to you, being a Customer or a Provider.
15. Liability and Disclaimer
15.1. Bnbmates’ responsibility is limited to facilitating the availability of our website, application and Services. The participation in any of the Trips, other services or purchasing or receiving any kind of products provided by the Providers is at your own risk. Bnbmates’ liability for damages shall be limited to the amount paid to us by you as a Customer.
15.2. There is no obligation for us to control the existence of Providers’ licence or permission to provide or conduct any kind of Trip or other service, so we do not take any responsibility for this.
15.3. Except as provided herein, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious actions resulting from or arising out of participation in any of the Trips, other services or purchasing or receiving any kind of products provided by the Providers.
15.4. We hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the use of our website and/or Services, including, but not limited to, the availability, reliability, or quality of our website and Services, the Trips distributed through us, including the nature and quality of the Trips, and is not and shall not be responsible for any error, fault or mistake of any and all content and information received through out us, including by Providers or Customers.
15.5. We will not be responsible for any technical errors, software or other system failures, electrical or internet delays occurring during the payment or Booking process.
15.6. We do not endorse any entity, product or service mentioned in any user generated content available on our website.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
16.1. All of our content is copyrighted material. Trademarks and other proprietary information of Threenovation Kft. and others including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, images, music and sound.
16.2. Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our Services or available at or used by our Platform and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) all of the contents and information of and material on our Platform are owned by Threenovation Kft., or the Providers of bnbmates.
16.3. Threenovation Kft. exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look and feel (including infrastructure) of) the Platform on which the Service is made available (including the Customers reviews and translated content) and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and the guest reviews) or our brand without our express written permission.
16.4. To the extent that you would (wholly or partly) use or combine our (translated) content (including guest reviews) or would otherwise own any intellectual property rights in the Platform or any (translated) content or Customer reviews, you hereby assign, transfer and set over all such intellectual property rights to bnbmates.com.
16.5. Any unlawful use or any of the aforementioned actions or behaviour will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).
17. Issues and Complaints
17.1. In case of a complaint about, or issue with the Platform, app or any Services of us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the problem. In case of a complaint about a Trip or a Provider you agree to contact bnbmates within 24 hours after the complaint has arisen and you agree to cooperate with and assist bnbmates in good faith and you agree to provide bnbmates with such information and take such actions as may be reasonably requested by bnbmates.
17.2. As a Provider you agree that in case of a no show or dissatisfactory deviations during the Trip caused by you, the Customer will be refunded and you won't receive payment.
17.3. As a Customer you understand that in case of a no show or no completion of/interruptions during the Trip caused by you, you as a Customer are responsible for any damages up to the amount paid.
17.4. In case of any damage claims or other complaints related to the Trip exceeding the amount paid, bnbmates will mediate in finding a reasonable solution between the Customer and the Provider. Any claim or complaint against bnbmates in respect of the service must be promptly submmited, but in any event within 14 days after the reserved Trip has taken place. Any claim or complaint that is submmited after the 14 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensation.
18.1. To the extent permitted by law, these T&Cs and the provision of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Hungarian law and any dispute arising out of these general T&Cs and our Services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Budapest, Hungary.
18.2. The original version of these T&Cs written in English and haven’t been translated by us into other languages. Any translated versions of these T&Cs or part of these T&Cs pronounced unofficial and you cannot derive any rights from any translated version. The English version of these T&Cs is available on our Platform or shall be sent to you upon your written request.
18.3. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these T&Cs.

Use of personal details (purpose of register)
Personal details are collected to make communication and use of service possible. Details can be used for communication between service providers and users and also for direct communication between users. Some personal details are visible on the profile page of the user, but those details are voluntary (except name).
The handling of personal details is not outsourced, but the register data is stored on a server that is rented from a third party company.
Information content of the register
The following information may be stored in the register:
Personal details: Name, email address, phone number, street address
Account details: username, password (stored in encrypted format)
The description text that the user may write about him/herself
The offers and requests the user has posted to the service
The given and received feedback and badges
Statistical data about service usage, e.g. number times the user has logged in
Regular sources of information
Personal details are given by the user on registration to the service or when using it later.
Regular handovers of the information
Information considering users of a single bnbmates community may be handed over to the client who has founded that community or to the community administrators appointed by that client.
Transfers of the information outside the EU and the European Economic Area
Information may be stored to a server that may be located inside or outside of the EU and the European Economic Area
Register protection principles
The information is stored on computers. The access to the information is restricted with passwords and physical access to the computers is restricted by the server hosting company.
